The Greater Rockridge NCPC Invites
Residents and Business Owners
to the NCPC Meeting
Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 7pm
Learn about state-of-the-art Surveillance cameras and the opportunity to purchase them at a group discount
The January meeting of the Greater Rockridge Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) will host a special guest speaker from Logitech to give a presentation about their state-of-the-art surveillance cameras. Logitech makes high-quality, high-definition, motion-activated surveillance cameras. Logitech will offer them to business owners and homeowners at a group discount rate.
Logitech offers a complete video security system that can be quickly and easily installed, and then monitored anytime, anywhere, at no additional charge through your computer or smart phone.
Rockridge has several streets that lead to freeway on-ramps; unfortunately, this makes the neighborhood an easy place to strike and then quickly flee. High-resolution surveillance cameras, when strategically located, are a way to put a face or a car to the crime and to give OPD the upper hand against criminals, even during these days of diminishing resources. With a few hundred such cameras located throughout Beats 12Y & 13X in Rockridge, criminals would soon learn that Rockridge is watching!
Please come to the NCPC meeting on
Thursday, January 12 at 7PM
to learn about the cameras and this opportunity.
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF LOCATION FOR JANUARY MEETING:
The Seneca Center for Education and Training, 6925 Chabot Road, Oakland, CA 94618
Parking lot or street parking on Chabot.
